Who We Are

The Hennah family moved here from Auckland 13 years ago with the intention of revitalising a little piece of New Zealand history.  The hotel was closed and the village houses mainly abandoned.  Those who still lived here had to travel many miles to get the basics of life.

Now the hotel is doing well and most of the houses are occupied.
